New Features

Sitetracker visibility via Salesforce plug-in – GOCare Connect
Teams can now view Sitetracker data in GOCare Connect through the standard Salesforce plug-in that comes with the Connect app (Salesforce and Sitetracker subscriptions required). Sitetracker Salesforce objects are visible at the Account level within the plug-in based on matching the subscriber contact information with Salesforce records.

Delegate teammate group permissions – GOCare Connect
Company admins can now delegate the ability to create, edit, and delete teammate groups to specific teammates or groups. This streamlines team management by empowering non-admin users to manage group memberships and structures, while reducing admin workload.

Permissions can be granted in two ways:

  • Company-wide: Assign Create, Edit, or Delete access to apply across all teammate groups.

  • Group-specific: Assign Edit or Delete access to individual teammate groups only.

ℹ️ Note: Admins always retain full control and cannot be removed from group permissions.

💡 Example: You can now grant your Support Supervisor group the ability to manage tiered team groupings in Connect—no need to file a request with a company admin.

Improvements

New UI toggle available for some users – GOCare Connect
GOCare Connect users can now preview Front’s redesigned inbox experience using a self-service toggle. This new UI will become the default on July 15, and will become mandatory on August 1.

To switch:

  • Click your user avatar (top-right corner, next to the gear icon)

  • Toggle on “Enable new inbox experience”

⚠️ Note: We strongly recommend enabling the new UI now to prepare ahead of the enforced change.

Dialpad Integration Enhancements – GOCare Connect

The GOCare Connect integration with Dialpad has been improved to offer better administrative control and visibility:

  • Updated Permissions: Only Company Admins can now configure channels and assign numbers. This change ensures greater governance over who can set up and modify telephony connections. Admins can add both shared and personal Dialpad numbers.

  • Queued Calls Support: Queued calls will now appear directly in Connect. If your organization uses call queues, you’ll be able to see when a call is waiting to be assigned, improving real-time awareness and responsiveness.

Coming Soon

ℹ️ Note: These features will be visible only if the new UI is enabled in your account.

New Inbox Layout: Open, Later, Done – GOCare Connect
The personal inbox in Connect has been reorganized into three clear tabs:

  • Open: Conversations currently requiring attention

  • Later: Snoozed or waiting messages

  • Done: Archived or resolved conversations

This change consolidates conversation states from both traditional and ticketed inboxes, aiming to improve focus and clarity for high-volume users.

💡 Tip: For ticketed inboxes, "Waiting" now appears under the Later tab and "Resolved" appears under Done.

Navigation Toolbar Replaced by App Dropdown – GOCare Connect
The horizontal navigation toolbar has been replaced by a single dropdown menu in the top-left corner. Use it to jump between apps like Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, and Analytics.

Settings and Profile Moved to Bottom-Left – GOCare Connect
The Settings gear icon and Profile section have been relocated from the top-right corner of the screen to the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. This brings it into alignment with the new sidebar-based navigation model and mirrors design trends seen in other enterprise apps.
