New Features
Power Rules with Dialpad Voice and SMS Events - GOCare Connect
Teams can now build automation rules based on Dialpad Voice and SMS activity. A new trigger — “Call event is received” — allows workflows to respond to inbound calls or voicemails. Rules can target either the call transcript or voicemail transcript, enabling actions based on spoken customer intent or post-call context.
Expanded Dark Mode Support - GOCare Connect
Dark mode now extends to more areas of the platform, including Analytics, Full-screen Calendar, and Contacts Manager, offering users a more consistent viewing experience when dark mode is enabled.
