Customizing NPS and CSAT Surveys in GOCare Pulse

Edited

Quick Summary

This article provides an overview of survey customization options in GOCare Pulse. It explains how to configure question types and conditional logic, and how to apply branding to the welcome and completion pages of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.

Survey Questions

GOCare Pulse surveys support both NPS and CSAT formats. Each survey may include:

  • A single rating question (required)

  • One or more freeform text questions (optional)

For surveys with multiple questions, you can apply conditional logic to determine which follow-up questions appear based on a subscriber’s previous response.

💡 Tip: Consider using conditional logic to follow up on low NPS and CSAT ratings with a freeform question like “What could we have done better?”

Interface Customization and Branding

Most elements of the survey interface can be customized to reflect your organization's brand identity. This includes logo placement, button text, and color accents.

ℹ️ Info: The color selection applies to both the title and the launch button. These elements share a single color setting and cannot be adjusted independently.

  • Title text (30 characters or fewer)

  • Chat avatar logo

  • Launch logo

  • Title and button color
