June 16, 2026 – GOCare Weekly Product Updates

Edited

Quick Summary

This article outlines this week's product updates across the GOCare platform. It includes new feature releases, enhancements to existing tools, and resolved issues.

New Features

Admin Copilot Build Mode – GOCare Connect
Workspace admins can now use Admin Copilot in build mode to create and configure rules, tags, macros, fields, inboxes, and more — all directly from the Copilot interface. This speeds up admin setup work and helps teams establish and maintain consistent configurations across their workspace.

Topics Management – GOCare Connect
Topics now support full management capabilities, including creating and deleting Topics and moving conversations between them. This gives administrators greater control over how Topics are organized and how they're used in automations and reporting.

Accounts CSV Export – GOCare Connect
Users can now export all accounts from the Contacts Manager directly to a CSV file. This enables self-serve data exports and reduces the need for support-assisted requests when pulling account records.

Improvements

Smart QA / Smart CSAT: Analytics Updates – GOCare Connect
Smart QA and Smart CSAT analytics have been updated with additional sorting options, improved date range behavior for Smart QA, and smarter default chart selection for CSAT. These changes make it easier to surface the most relevant reviews and maintain confidence in your reporting data.

Smart QA / Smart CSAT: Autopilot Resolve and Custom Channel Support – GOCare Connect
Automated Smart QA and Smart CSAT reviews now support Autopilot Resolve and custom channels. This expands quality and satisfaction coverage to a broader range of conversation types and workflows beyond standard channels.

AI Replies Hub: Trigger, Topics, and Date Range Filters – GOCare Connect
Admins can now filter the AI Replies Hub by trigger type (such as rules and Autopilot Playbooks), by Topics, and by reply date range. This makes it easier to review recent AI replies and fine-tune performance by specific trigger or workflow context.
