AI Knowledge Sources: PDF Upload – GOCare Connect GOCare Connect's AI can now learn directly from your PDF documentation. When PDFs are added as a knowledge source, Copilot suggestions and Autopilot responses immediately draw from that content—no integrations or migrations required. This means your team can put internal documentation to work right away, giving AI the context it needs to answer questions accurately using the sources that matter most to your organization.

Admin Copilot: Faster Responses, Clearer Plans – GOCare Connect Admin Copilot has been updated to deliver faster, more accurate guidance. Responses now include clearer step-by-step plans and a summary of changes with links so admins can easily verify what was done. Admins can trust and act on AI recommendations more quickly, with better visibility into the actions being taken on their behalf.

Ask Copilot: Quick Actions and Drag and Drop – GOCare Connect Ask Copilot now supports quick actions directly from the Copilot icon, and conversations can be dragged and dropped into the Copilot sidebar to ask about multiple threads at once. These UX improvements make it faster to take action and easier to get AI assistance across several conversations simultaneously.
