AI Replies Hub: New filters and message comparison – GOCare Connect Admins can now see what triggered each AI reply, filter conversations by edit level, and compare AI drafts side-by-side with the messages that were actually sent. This makes it easier to evaluate AI reply quality, identify patterns, and tune automations with greater confidence. This feature is available to customers with the Autopilot add-on or access to suggested replies.
