New Features
Ask Copilot open beta – GOCare Connect
Ask Copilot is an always-on AI assistant that brings together conversation context, history, and knowledge to summarize requests, surface key details, and guide next steps. Available for customers with the Copilot add-on.
Build with AI for dynamic variables – GOCare Connect
Users can now create and refine dynamic variables using natural language directly in the dynamic variable panel with Build with AI. Available on the Enterprise plan.
Reply with Autopilot knowledge source selection – GOCare Connect
Admins can now select up to 10 knowledge sources for Autopilot to use when generating replies through the Reply with Autopilot instructions rule action. Available for customers with the Autopilot add-on.
Improvements
Comment bar redesign – GOCare Connect
The comment bar at the bottom of conversations now has a refreshed design. This update improves the commenting experience and creates space for new AI entry points alongside the comment composer.
