Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge Source – GOCare Connect

Admins can now connect Microsoft SharePoint as a knowledge source within workspace AI settings. This allows AI to reference approved SharePoint content when generating responses or supporting conversations.

Availability: Customers with Copilot or Autopilot add-ons

AI Knowledge Sources Tab – GOCare Connect

Workspace AI settings now include a dedicated Knowledge sources tab. Admins can view and manage all connected sources in one centralized location.

Availability: All plans

Within this tab, admins can:

• View all connected knowledge sources

• Quickly add new sources

• Filter by knowledge type

• See each source’s last synced date

This update improves visibility into how AI is powered and helps teams maintain fresh, relevant knowledge connections.
