AI Replies Hub – GOCare Connect (Enterprise)
Admins can now view all AI-generated draft and sent replies in the new AI Replies tab within GOCare Connect’s AI workspace settings. This includes suggested reply drafts, sent suggested replies, and sent Autopilot replies—making it easier to monitor AI usage and validate response accuracy.
Availability: Enterprise Connect customers with Copilot or Autopilot add-ons (progressive rollout)
