This week’s update introduces an optional new user interface for GOCare Connect. While the update is optional today, it will become the default experience for all users in the new year.
Improvements
Inbox UI improvements toggle – GOCare Connect
A new Connect interface is now available and can be enabled at the user level.
To turn on the new UI, click your user icon in the bottom left corner of the screen and toggle “Enable inbox improvements.”
The primary change is an updated sidebar that now displays icons for each main section, including Settings, which was previously located in the bottom-left user menu. This replaces the dropdown navigation that appeared in the top-left of the app, making navigation more consistent and easier to scan at a glance.
ℹ️ Note: While this update is optional today, it will become mandatory for all users in the new year and the toggle will be removed. We recommend enabling it now to get familiar with the updated navigation and layout ahead of time.
