New Features

Telephony metrics and Analytics – GOCare Connect
Users can now access new voice-related metrics, including inbound call counts, average call time, and other call-handling indicators. These insights help managers understand team performance and support more accurate reporting.


Improvements

Dialpad status sync – GOCare Connect
New Dialpad settings allow teams to automatically set status to Busy during active calls and optionally sync status changes from GOCare Connect to Dialpad.
This gives admins more control over how presence information flows between systems.

HubSpot plugin redesign – GOCare Connect
The HubSpot plugin has been migrated to the modern React-based UI framework, with improvements to HubSpot contact sync. This update makes the integration more customizable and reliable, helping teams adopt HubSpot workflows more seamlessly.

Vertical navigation – GOCare Connect
A redesigned left-side navigation experience is coming soon, including the return of Tasks and Discussions to the sidebar, relocation of shared inboxes, moving individual workspace sections under a new More menu, inbox and workspace indicators in the conversation list, and support for viewing up to three lines of app objects and tags in the conversation panel.
