This article outlines this week’s updates across the GOCare platform, including new automation capabilities, enhancements to rules and macros, and refreshed Knowledge Base content.

Branch rules by AI instructions – Autopilot
You can now build branch rules using AI-evaluated instructions with structured outputs, including yes/no responses or lists. This allows teams to describe logic in plain English and route conversations based on AI-interpreted results. It replaces keyword-based checks with intent-aware logic and offers predictable rule behavior through strict true/false or labeled outcomes. In any branching rule, click the + icon and select Branch by AI.

Available to all customers with the Autopilot add-on. This fully replaces the Ask Front AI dynamic variable.

Convert linear rules into branching rules – Automation
Users can now convert existing linear rules into branching rules for both individual and company-level rules. Open any linear rule and click Convert to restructure it instantly.

Create structured multi-step macros – Macro Flow Builder
Admins can now build multi-step modal flows within macros to guide teammates through structured data collection. This enhancement allows you to:

• Build multi-step input capture flows directly in the Macro Flow Builder

• Use sequential prompts that gather information step-by-step

• Dynamically populate later steps using answers or dynamic variables
  This gives teams more flexibility for complex workflows that require multiple pieces of information.

Shared Inbox Conversation States in GOCare Connect
Updated to reflect recent UI changes and now includes a new section on ticketing inboxes.

Individual Inbox Conversation States in GOCare Connect
Updated to reflect the latest interface changes and refreshed examples.
