Branching rules – GOCare Connect
Connect admins can now access a new branching rule builder that allows multiple action paths from a single trigger. This enhancement helps users consolidate and manage more dynamic workflows within a single rule. When a conversation meets multiple branch conditions, the system prioritizes the highest branch in the list. For workflows that must execute all actions across every branch, we recommend using a rule set instead.

💡 Tip: Start with a simple linear rule to create one path—then expand into branching rules as your automation needs grow.

Autopilot (Premium Add-On) – GOCare Connect
A new omnichannel AI agent can now auto-reply to specific Topics, providing instant, accurate responses to repetitive customer questions. This helps reduce queue volume and allows agents to focus on complex issues that require personal attention.
