How to access and log in to GOCare Connect for the first time

This article walks new users through the process of setting up their GOCare Connect account using the Front platform. It includes instructions for downloading the app, accepting an invitation, and completing basic profile setup.


Accepting Your Teammate Invitation

New users will receive an email invitation to join GOCare Connect, which is powered by the Front platform.

  1. Look for an invitation email
    The email will come from hello@frontapp.com and will be sent directly to your work email.

  2. Sender identification
    The invitation will show it was sent by a GOCare team member from NuTEQ Solutions—this is GOCare’s parent company name.

  1. Join your team
    Open the invitation and click the Join Team button.

  1. Sign-in method
    Depending on your organization’s setup, you will either:

  • Enter your work email and create a password, or

  • Use Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google options.

  1. Complete initial setup
    Once your password is created (if applicable), click Continue to proceed.


Setting Up Your Profile

After you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile.

  1. Enter your name
    Provide your first and last name.

  2. Check your username
    Your username should auto-populate with your email username.

  1. Select your role
    Use the dropdown menu to choose Customer Support.

This is the correct role for all Teammates, including Admin users.

  1. Finish setup
    Click Explore Front to complete your account setup.

Once completed, your account is active and you can begin using GOCare Connect.


First-Time Experience

After completing your profile setup:

  • You’ll see two onboarding bubbles introducing you to key features.

  • After these disappear, your GOCare Connect workspace is ready for use.


Accessing GOCare Connect

You can use GOCare Connect through a web browser or by downloading the app for desktop or mobile devices.
